Replies to information provided or questions asked were very quick. He demonstrated outstanding organisation and efficiency skills that built a high level of reassurance and confidence that the relinquishment would happen quickly. Estimated conclusion of the process was anticipated at 5 or 6 months but was delivered in less than 2!

For others in a similar situation to ourselves, I would recommend both ECC and, in particular, Steven, to deliver the outcome that you want.
