We have just received notification that we have successfully assisted one of our clients in securing a settlement against their timeshare resort H10 Premium Vacations.

After pressure was applied to both the lender and the resort, H10 premium Vacations agreed to cancel our client’s contract, the cancellation of all his financial obligations and a full refund of all monies initially paid which amounts to $14,475 USD.

it was determined that our client was mis-represented by the sales representative at Ocean Blue and Sand Beach resort located in the Dominican republic. Furthermore, he was not offered a cooling-off period and paid a deposit on the day. he was told may things that encouraged him to sign and later on were uncovered to be untrue.

Our client was extremely happy with the outcome and can put this timeshare experience behind him.
