A client purchased a timeshare from Arabian Falcon Holidays based in Dubai.

They went on holiday and subsequently found themselves in a sales presentation. The sales person sold it in a way that our client thought he was buying a 2 bed holiday home at the Palm Jumeirah not a weeks timeshare.

A year after the initial deposit was paid, the clients went back to Dubai thinking they would pay the balance and be handed their keys. They then found out that what they had actually purchased was 1 weeks timeshare. Like most people, they are swayed by a special offer on the day and a beautiful apartment, plus many more untruthful benefits.

On their return from Dubai, the clients seeked retribution to get out of the nightmare that had enfolded.

ECC assigned the case over to Spanish timeshare experts M1 Legal and they pursued a case for misrepresentation. M1 Legal secured a settlement for the client and also received a refund of £6245 pounds.
