Last week our legal team were busy in the Balearic court of Palma de Mallorca, Spain where they obtained our latest victory against Marriott Vacation Club.

In this case the contract was nullified because the contractual agreement was found to be uncompliant with Spanish law 42/1998 requirements. In this case, the duration of the contract exceeded 50 years.
