Just a few words to record my satisfaction with the service you provided in being able to terminate the agreement entered into with Hilton Grand Vacations. I had originally engaged Sarah Waddington Solicitors to do this but after about five years of doing little and not achieving the objective, I agreed to take up your promise to get me out of the HGV agreement in three months.
Thankfully you did achieve the objective in three months and I was very grateful. I therefore recommend your service to anyone with a similar problem.

Steven was extremely knowledgeable and told us exactly how the process would work when surrendering my points with Diamond Resorts and word for word, what he said happened. Very quick process with a very satisfactory outcome.

Yesterday, by email I received a confirmation letter from Diamond to say that our ownership has now been foreclosed and our rights of ownership have ceased. Also we no longer have any responsibility for management charges for the two weeks that we owned.

Being one of the many hundreds of time share owners trying to cancel my membership with Diamond International and continually failing you can imagine how sceptical I was having lost large amounts of money to bogus companies and solicitors when I was recommended to ECC. After going through the various online meetings I was assigned to Steven and despite having the odd panic never doubted your commitment to get my wife and I out of our timeshare agreement. You kept us informed at all times on what was happening, had office staff that were easy to contact when you were busy and never left us feeling we were again being ripped off. Phillip James was very understanding of my stress at having been scammed. He was very professional in explaining how this could be addressed and how it was possible to get legal termination of my membership of a timeshare company. He also explained how compensation could be claimed for the timeshare agreements illegally sold to us. I am very grateful for his help and for putting my mind at ease.

We had found ourselves in a bad situation due to unscrupulous and dishonest behavior of a scammer. Looking for help we discovered ECC. I was introduced to ECC/M1 Legal by my sister. As joint members with Diamond Resorts for 16 years, the last few of which we experienced increasing levels of dissatisfaction with management fees and lack of availability but were at a loss as to how to change the situation. We have been looking to find a reputable firm of lawyers to extricate ourselves from a Marriott time share in Spain. There are many firms who promise to assist us in this process but they either are unable to provide the resources needed or are in fact fictitious operators. When I first contacted ECC, it was indicated that relinquishing a timeshare in USA could take up to 18 months. I began the procedure on 10th May 2022 and have now received the documents relinquishing me from my timeshare at The Grandview Las Vegas, almost 6 months to the day from starting the procedure. The progress has been achieved by my following simple exact instructions provided.

Yesterday we received an email from Marriott stating we had closure from our timeshare in USA. This is the end of a very smooth journey for us having visited and engaged ECC in September last year. I was dubious at first as anything Timeshare related receives bad press. I have started on the journey and await a successful outcome. Yes it’s going to cost me, but even more if I didn’t do anything about it. The team were helpful, informative and realistic on what to expect.

This is only the first day of starting our process to relinquish our time share contract and so far we are very impressed and pleased by the staff at ECC. Mr Dawson has also mentioned that he will try to help recover previous costs, paid at a previous attempt to get out of our time share contract, as Mr Dawson said that it looks like we had been mislead into thinking that our contract had been terminated by this other independent person. We hope that now we have come to ECC, our long standing problems and worries, may soon be at an end.

Hotel Resort contacted me by phone to come to the office, only to join a crowd of 30-40 guests with 30 or so presenters, therefore 1 presenter for each couple or single-person encouraging to rent $400 to $900 per night through various website. Was willing to stay with the same salesperson, but when following up with the Resorts Care organization, was told to stop communicating with that person. Should have been completely guilty or completely innocent, and should not have contacted a legal organization, since wasn’t seeking any legal remedy at that time. That organization encourages to sign another contract whether if they win they will retain 25% and if lose get 0% or none. Years later, even though by phone, they said they will no longer help, and then about 8 months later, receive a mail stating that I breached that contract. Despite seeking remediation, American Consumer Claims negotiated with me through a letter in the mail, and then a video session, through an office location. Because of financial situation, was willing to negotiate 12-month installment payments, and kept communicating until in the end, was completely out of the timeshare from the Resort. No one should pay attention to timeshare negotiation from presentations and promises that are spoken in the beginning, and does not thoroughly match what is written in paper. So unfair, especially for those that may have dyslexia, or come to a moment, of thinking they are not understanding what is read, as if they may only understand part of the story, and that the words spoken by ANY timeshare sales presentation, will in the long run, not look after your interest. American Consumer Claims will keep in contact for those that have been impacted, until in the end, is completely free. Just have to be patient. Hope everyone will get a fair chance of enjoying a decent vacation, and can still make every day count. Thank you, American Consumer Claims.

I discovered the ECC timeshare advert online quite by chance, whilst on hold on another phone call, and wanted to find out more. The online meeting was comfortable and Ellie took time to explain each step carefully and fully. Hearing about the rulings made in Spanish courts, and the impact it has for me, has opened my eyes. I now have choices, rather than thinking I carry on as before.

We have been given the run around by our time share owners and a sell my time share group and have had very poor service. We were then referred by them to a time share closing service, who apparently work alongside the other two companies. All the promises that selling the time share would be easy proved to be wrong and after paying 3,800 US dollars we were no further forward. We found ECC and have so far had great service from them, friendly and helpful advice and reassurances of a speedy resolution to our desire to terminate our ownership. Whilst riddled with insecurity and doubt from our service from the other companies, we are happy with the service that Ellie and Raz have so far provided. The addendum to the contract assuring us of no further annual fees was especially welcome and reassuring.
